1 Tablespoon Finely chopped red onion

1 Teaspoon Finely chopped cilantro

I recommend you use Hass avocados for your guacamole (and other recipes). Hass have a black or dark green pebbly skin and contain more fat (the heart-healthy monounsaturated kind) than the larger, smooth-skinned Florida avocados, which tend to be waterier.
